Job Specifications:  Perform accounts payable/administrative duties that can include computer data entry, filing, answering telephones, assisting with incoming and outgoing agency information, greeting the public, and assisting corporate personnel with supply orders and correspondence.

Professional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-year degree from an accredited college with bookkeeping training and computer usage training

Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of accounting software as well as Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable procedures
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills
